* Those who possess a health insurance card issued prior to December 1, 2024 are able to continue seeing a healthcare professional using the health insurance card until December 1, 2025.

・Individual Number is classed as specific personal information and cannot be shared by means including email.
・If you have not completed ① to ③ steps, your insurance coverage may not be available when you see a healthcare professional. Those who are yet to complete ①-③ must complete immediately. The instructions to register for the corporate Individual Number application system can be found in the company’s intranet. Please note that data registration is needed also for the family members (dependents).
・It may take up to one month until we have registered the use of Individual Number Card as a health insurance card depending on the timing of data integration. We will discuss with the relevant parties including contractors regarding the frequency of data integration (monthly at the moment).
・For the time being, please also carry your health insurance card issued by the Health Insurance Society when seeing a health professional just in case.
