 2025年10月1日から、19歳以上23歳未満の方（被保険者の配偶者を除く）については、被扶養者として認定される年間収入の上限が130万円未満から150万円未満に引き上げられます。

※学生であるか否かは問わず、年齢のみで判断されます。

※年齢要件は、その年の12月31日時点の年齢で判定いたします。

（注：年齢は民法上、誕生日の前日に加算されるため、誕生日が1月1日の方は12月31日において年齢が加算されることにご留意ください。）

※2025年10月1日以降の届出で、2025年10月1日より前の期間について認定する場合、年間収入の上限は130万円未満です。 

 

Effective October 1, 2025, the annual income threshold for the recognition of individuals aged 19 to under 23 (excluding the insured person's spouse) as dependents will be increased from less than 1.3 million yen to less than 1.5 million yen.

・This change applies regardless of whether the individual is a student; eligibility will be determined solely based on age.

・The age requirement is determined based on the age as of December 31 of that year.
(Note: Under the Civil Code, age is legally increased on the day before one's birthday. Therefore, individuals born on January 1 will be legally deemed to have reached the next age on December 31.)

・For applications submitted on or after October 1, 2025, and covering periods prior to October 1, 2025, the annual income requirement is less than 1.3 million yen.
