令和7年度「健康保険被扶養者資格調査（検認）」実施のお知らせ

 

このたび、当組合では健康保険法施行規則第50条、および厚生労働省通知（保発第1029004号、保保発第1029005号）に基づき、令和7年度の被扶養者の資格調査（検認）を実施いたします。この調査は被扶養者として認定された方が引き続き資格があるかを確認するものです。保険給付の適正化を図し、皆さまからお預かりした大切な保険料を有効活用するためにも、必要な確認業務となりますのでご理解ご協力を宜しくお願い申し上げます。

 

【令和7年度 調査対象者】

令和6年6月30日以前に扶養認定された、2歳以上の子

但し、末子が前年度2歳未満（令和5年4月2日以降生まれ）の世帯は対象外といたします。

 

対象となる被扶養者がいる被保険者の方には、7月24日にE-mailを発信しております。

 

提出期限　令和7年9月30日

Notice of Fiscal Year 2025 Dependent Eligibility Verification for Health Insurance

 

We hereby announce that our health insurance society will conduct a dependent eligibility verification for fiscal year 2025 (Reiwa 7), in accordance with Article 50 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Health Insurance Act and the notifications issued by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Notification No. 1029004 and No. 1029005).

 

This verification is intended to confirm whether individuals currently certified as dependents continue to meet the eligibility requirements. It is an essential procedure to ensure the proper administration of insurance benefits and to make effective use of the valuable insurance premiums entrusted to us by our members.

 

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

 

[FY2025 Survey Subjects]

Children aged 2 or older who were certified as dependents on or before June 30, 2024.

However, households whose youngest child was under 2 years old as of the previous fiscal year (born on or after April 2, 2023) are excluded from the survey.

 

An email was sent on July 24 to insured persons who have dependents subject to this survey.

 

Submission Deadline: September 30, 2025
