Society CommitteeThe Society Committee is the highest authority of a health insurance society, approving important matters from amendments to the society charter to budgets, financial results, and business plans. The Society Committee is composed of an equal number of appointed members representing the interests of the employer and elected members representing the interests of insured persons selected by everyone enrolled with the health insurance society.

Board of DirectorsThe Board of Directors is a body that executes the decisions of the Society Committee. The Board of Directors is composed of an equal number of Board members chosen from appointed Committee members and elected Committee members

Chairman of the Board and Managing DirectorsThe Chairman of the Board elected by all Directors from among the Directors chosen from appointed Committee members to represent the health insurance society. The Chairman of the Board nominates Managing Directors from among the directors who are then approved by the Board of Directors. The Managing Directors assist the Chairman of the Board in managing overall business operations.

AuditorsThe appointed members and elected members each choose one auditor to audit the financial condition and business execution.
